Revised Planning Application submitted – The Wheatsheaf Development. 11/04/2017

After speaking with residents and neighbours, we decided to submit a revised planning application to see if we could help create more off street parking in this narrow street. The proposal was to demolish the entire pub building and create a new 4 bedroom house, in a similar style, set back from the pavement with 2 off road parking spaces in front.
