Revised Planning Application – REFUSED – The Wheatsheaf Development 26/05/2017

Disappointingly, the Local Authority have refused our application to demolish the old pub building and rebuild it further back, to create more parking.

We will now continue with the original application to convert the existing building into a 4 bedroom home and build three new 3 bedroom houses on the car park area.

Work should commence later this month.
