This site in Denmark Lane, Poole, was originally a block of dilapidated garages that were demolished to make way for a pair of 3 bedroom semi detached houses in a contemporary style.

Each house has 2 parking spaces and a rear courtyard garden.

Being within 5 minutes walk of the main shopping centre, railway station, swimming pool, several large employers and two Hospitals, the location prompted lots of interest throughout the build.

Demolition was completed before the first Covid lockdown and Construction began in earnest in June 2020, with completion achieved in March 2021, with both houses reserved before they were finished.
