Off Plan Reservation taken at Quakers Mews 11/08/2020

Having only just started the construction of these 2 townhouses we are really pleased to report that we have taken our first reservation already.

Jon Winson of Karm said – ‘We had just completed the sub structure for the 2 houses and were directly approached by a Buy to Let investor who wanted to purchase one of the houses to add to his portfolio. With the properties being so close to both Poole Hospital and large employers such as Barclays Bank, the chance of securing future professional tenants is particularly high’.

Both houses will be finished late 2020/early 2021 in time for purchasers to complete within the stamp duty holiday which expires on March 31st 2021.
