Land Acquired in Stanpit, Christchurch 11/05/2019

To add to a busy start to the first half of 2019, we have finalised the purchase of a large elevated site in Stanpit, Christchurch. It comprises of the old Stifford Lodge (a large detached building divided into 2 flats), plus a detached bungalow and 3 garages. All 3 properties are currently let whilst we carry out a feasibility study of the development potential.

We are currently in discussion with the local planning authority and would hope to submit a full planning application by the Summer (2019).
