Land Acquired at Charlton Marshall, Blandford. 15/01/2021

Karm’s latest purchase is located in the popular North Dorset village of Charlton Marshall, situated between the market towns of Blandford and Wimborne, with excellent links to Poole, Salisbury, Dorchester and surrounding areas.

The current detached bungalow was built in timber frame just after the Second World War but no longer meets meets modern day regulations. The current property has come to the end of its useful life and is unlikely to be mortgagable. Selling to a developer/builder was the best option for the owners and we were recommended to them.

The front outlook is over open agricultural fields. The village benefits from a local pub, village hall and is approximately within half a mile of Spetisbury village Primary School.

Our planning application to demolish and re develop the site will be submitted shortly.
