Broadstone Planning Application Submitted 18/07/2021

Our most recent planning application is for a scheme of apartments in an established location, within a short walk of the town centre, in West Way Broadstone. All apartments will have their own outside space with the first and second floor made accessible via a lift.

Oak framed car ports are designed to provide secure private storage for each property. This is a lovely tree lined site and our proposal offers up a traditional style design with brick, render and stone elevations with all trees remaining.

Jon Winson said – ‘We felt it was very important to engage with the local planning department at an early stage and our plans very much fit with their demand for smaller dwellings close to the town centre. There are a high number of local residents of early retirement age that wish to downsize from larger family homes to smaller properties whilst remaining in Broadstone.’
