Planning Granted in Charlton Marshall 08/09/2021
After submitting the planning application in February 2021, we are delighted to report that we have been granted planning permission to demolish the existing run down property and build 2 spacious chalet style homes.
Each new property will benefit from flexible accommodation with either a ground floor 3rd bedroom or an additional reception room, plus good sized sitting room and kitchen/diner over-looking a South facing rear garden, also a ground floor shower room.
On the first floor 2 further double bedrooms and bathroom have been designed. The right hand property will have a more substantial plot with a rear and side garden providing an ideal area for a home office or simply an area for an extra private patio for entertaining.
Works are planned to commence in the spring of 2023.
