Revised Planning Application – APPROVED – The Wheatsheaf Development 09/11/2017

Our application to demolish the old pub building was approved on the 9th November 2017.

Work has now commenced on the demolition and new build of an identical shaped building in virtually the same position.

This will provide a much needed four bedroom family home next to the terraced row of three bedroom houses currently under construction.
